AccessMD | Patient Registration

RHealth’s AccessMD tool is a secure web based application that runs on any computer connected to the Internet.  Therefore, a practice can call a patient to remind them about their upcoming appointment and recommend that the patient complete the online registration process.  This may done at the patient's convenience anywhere there is an available internet connection, saving the patient time and frustration.

Meaningful Use Criteria: Core Objectives

All fifteen of the following objectives must be met in order to meet meaningful use standards.  AccessMD meets 11 out of 15.

1) Record patient demographics (sex, race, ethnicity, date of birth, preferred language, and in the case of hospitals, date and preliminary cause of death in the event of mortality
